- 1 tsp. jam (berry, or any jam flavor)
- 1 tsp. vegan butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup of vegan sausage, Gimme Lean by Lightlife used (vegan, Gimme Lean by Lightlife used)
- 1 Tbsp. vegan cheese (any brand - try Daiya or Trader Joe's cheese shreds for meltable varieties)
- 1 tsp. oil (for saute pan)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (thinly, I used Oyster mushrooms, shiitake or portobello are other options)
- 1 handful spinach leaves (or another tender leafy green)
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne powder (optional: add heat with)
- hot sauce (optional: add some, to serve if you'd like!)
