  • 3 sprigs leaf parsley (flat-, finely chopped)
  • 3 sprigs tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar (tightly packed grated, plus more to taste)
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan (tightly packed, plus more to taste)
  • 8 ounces taleggio (rind removed, diced or sliced)
