Delicious 🤤 I didn't exacly followed the directions but mine turned out a bit greasy. may be good to serve with something like a light salad.

it was so delicious .. the only thing i changed is that i added thyme on the mushrooms... so yummy

Delish!! Other half said we should add chicken. Defeating the vegetarian night dinner. I did add spinach. I will def make this again!!
