    I used soy sauce instead of tamari. Needed a bit more seasoning but good overall

    Turned out great! I blended half until smooth and added it back to the pan with the pieces of mushrooms. I the recipe other than thaT I followed the recipe.

    This gravy is simply the best and very easy and fast to make! The only changes I made was: I used 1 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp corn starch, and half sage and thyme. This is now my new gravy recipe.
