This was really easy to put together and would have been quick in general if I'd started everything at the same time. I would probably add a bit more garlic and salt to it as I thought it lacked a little something. But overall I liked this dish and would defintely make it again.

Totally agree with other reviews...nice n easy to make, used whole-wheat pasta & flavoursome ingredients and was quite bland.

Added sliced onions and red pepper. Agree that it was a little bland so may try some additional herbs next time.

Pretty good. Instead of spinach I used asparagus and carrots which turned out great after I sautéed them alongside the mushrooms

This is my favorite pasta! I add sliced grilled chicken breast on top of the pasta once served. I use Gouda cheese instead and it comes out so good. I do add a little more cheese than instructed.

When I made this I only had low fat milk, so I decided to add a tbsp on cream cheese. I also used Swiss cheese instead of Gouda and a 1/2 tsp of onion powder. It came out so so son good ☺️

Could've used a little more flavor, substituted the noodles but wish I wouldn't have. Otherwise, good mushroom flavor
