- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter (liquid)
- 4 fresh mushrooms (chopped)
- salt
- dried oregano (to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cassis liqueur
- 3 Tbsp. cream (fresh)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 lemon zest (small)
- salt (to taste)
- chives (to taste)
- 1 carrot (large, sliced)
- 2 bunches cherry tomato
- 2 radishes

Directions
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the garlic, and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are soft, season with a little bit of salt and oregano, add the liqueur de Cassis, and let it evaporate slowly. Remove from heat, and cool completely.
- In a bowl, add the cream, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir, and add the cooled mushrooms. Use a fork to crush a big chunks of mushrooms.
- Stir well, check the seasoning, and add the chives.
- Serve with vegetables.
