- 250 grams button mushrooms (or portobello mushrooms, I used portobello)
- 2 onion (medium sized, chopped into julienne)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped into small cubes or squares, optional)
- 3 green chilies (chopped finely, I used 2 fresh red chilies as they are quite spicy)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 inch ginger (chopped finely)
- 1 pinch red chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. coriander leaves (chopped)
- salt (as per taste)
