Wow, these tacos are absolutely delicious!!! I followed the recipe exactly as it is written for the mushrooms. Rather than making guacamole I opted for sort of a pico de gallo which had tomatoes, red onions, avocado, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice. I will definitely be making them again.
