Excellent soup. Used three kinds of mushrooms, all fresh. Mixed half and half 2/3 with 1/3 heavy cream. Used all fresh ingredients and used Italian parsley and tyme. Also added Hungarian paprika. Add a cornstarch with butter to make a rue to cook pork chops for left over soup.
