- 120 grams Greek yoghurt
- 30 mL ginger paste (2 tbsp)
- 15 mL vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
- 7.5 mL salt (1½ tsp)
- 1 lemon juice (Juice of 1 lemon)
- 15 mL chilli powder (red, 1 tbsp)
- 5 mL ground cumin (1 tsp)
- 2.5 mL Garam Masala (½ tsp)
- 1 kg tomatoes (2lbs)
- 125 mL water
- 5 cms fresh ginger (piece of, peeled and half crushed and half finely chopped)
- 4 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 4 green cardamom pods
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. chilli powder (red)
- 80 grams butter (diced)
- 2 green chillies (slit lengthways)
- 75 mL single cream
- 1 tsp. salt (5ml)
- 10 mL fenugreek leaves (dried, crushed between your fingertips)
- 2 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 15 mL sugar
- 30 mL garlic paste (2 tbsp)
