I love this recipe as is, and it's also very flexible. If you don't have an ingredient, sub what veges you do have on hand, and if you want to play around with adding additional spices, that also works. I've made this recipe several times now, and once I added oregano another time, I added coming. I think at some point I added both

This is my new favorite soup. Made it tonight and love the flavors and the slight heat. I made it with lacinato kale. I can't wait to eat it again tomorrow. Thank you so much for this recipe!!

so delicious and hardy, I actually forgot to add coconut and still good. I will definitely make this again
