Awesome! Exactly as written plus some potatoes. Served over brown rice. First time making mung beans. Will be making this often in the future. Among the best recipes I’ve made recently.

Delicious and easy. I’m always amazed by the variety and complexity of Indian cuisine and at the same time generally it’s so easy to make. I used the instant pot and dinner was ready in 15 minutes. I needed less water because of the IP but even 2 cups made it a little too soupy. I may just use one cup of water next time.
