- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or agave)
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips (divided, set some aside for mummy eyes too)
- 1/2 cup gluten free oat flour (*See note)
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour (all-purpose)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (sub granulated or brown sugar)
- 2 tsp. espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 14 oz. coconut cream (chill can in fridge over night*See note)
- 3 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
