- 6 red peppers (curved bull’s horn, *, made 2 cups roasted peppers)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- pepper flakes (For heat: Try Aleppo, or hot sauce, to taste, I didn’t add any)
- 2 tortilla wraps (Ezekiel)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Earth Balance Buttery Spread
- 2 pinches sea salt
