- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup marinara sauce (homemade or jarred)
- olive oil (as needed to lightly grease the baking dish)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 bechamel sauce (recipe velvety, *see post from 3/28/15)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
