I really loved this soup! my partner said it was too mushy though. it could be improved with an extra crunch aspect. otherwise, the flavor and spices are excellent! will try again (or just make when my partner isn't home 😝)

Definitely will make this again. Flavorful aroma while cooking and it is a fairly easy way to use vegetables that I already had available.

This recipe come together quick if all the vegetables are prepped before hand. The flavor profile is excellent. It’s a nice hardy soup without being too heavy. And my family likes it, so that’s a plus.

I love this soup. A great non-vegetarian option is swap for chicken broth and add 2 chicken breasts halved and let simmer. After the chicken cooks through I shred it and add it back to the soup

Very tasty! Used rice as base under soup and sprinkled a bit of blended Italian cheese over top served w nan bread for complete hardy meal 👍🏾

This was really good! I would cut back on the cinnamon a little next time . I used my instant pot and it rocked! 10 minutes on high pressure, then natural release for 10.

I loved all the spices, this soup leaves a great taste in you mouth. You don’t miss the meat. When I make it again I might add a hot pepper.

I added another sweet potato and a red pepper and this turned out great. Loved it.... will make again

I made this soup to help get over a cold. Sweet potatoes and lentil are good for ridding colds. I add cayenne pepper to give it some spice but all in all the flavor was decent. It definitely smelled better than it tasted for sure.

bomb.com but i held the lentils and added crimini mushrooms and green beans
