Soooo good- it's a bit spicy (I used harissa seasoning, blended in a bit of bone broth to make my own paste.) Maybe I had a big cauliflower head, but I used the entire 32 oz box of bone broth to make this soup, and it still came out thick. Would definitely make this again .
