- 1 Tbsp. harissa paste (ruby)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (I used Italian with herbs)

- olive oil (for frying)
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and liquid reserved)
- 3 Tbsp. tahini paste
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter (warm)
- juice (a lemon)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 wedge lemon
