I added a few things. 1 potato, habanero just 1/4 of one pepper and 1 tbs of better than bouillon and it heavenly ❤️

My kids and I love this soup! I have to substitute tarragon for the cilantro if I want my husband to eat any because it tastes soapy to him. That does change the flavor profile, but it’s still delicious.

A delicious soup! Beautifully spiced with the perfect consistency; not too thick or too thin. The lemon juice brightens it up. We serve it with toasted turkish bread! mmmmm

A delicious hearty soup for a cold snowy winter day! This is the 6th or 7th time I’ve made this recipe, and it’s always a hit. I leave it chunky and sometimes add a can of chickpeas.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's a hit with my family and friends and I cook it regularly. It is very rich with flavor and easy to prepare.

This was good but there was something off and I’m not quite sure why. Perhaps because we didn’t have any parsley or cilantro.. I think I would do it again because of all the positive recipes and add more cinnamon and also maybe do a half a lemon instead of the entire thing. It was too sour and I had to add a bit of sugar which I rarely do and don’t love.. I also added chickpeas and spinach/kale to give it more substance.

This is, by far, my favorite soup. The recipe is delicious! I've made it a few times. Love 😍! Oh, and don't be afraid of the cinnamon.

Absolutely delicious. Everything works perfectly. Probably the best soup I have ever had.

Only used half the amount of dried red lentils. Followed the rest of the recipe . Nice and thick. Tasted quite bland. But it’s a good base soup. Will add more next time. Also I made it in the slow cooker as I didn’t have time to watch the hob.

Delicious! The whole family loved it. Nice that there is some extra for lunches or later in the week too.

Delicious!! Definitely add feta and let it melt. Wonderful soup that is hearty enough to be a main dish.

Delicious! I added a bag of fresh baby spinach just because I thought it would add a little more zip and I had it in the refrigerator. With or without the spinach it is delicious!!

I was very sceptic about this recipe. But result was actually unbelievably tasty.
I tried the soup also before adding the lemon and I must admit that the difference is huge. With lemon soup is more fresh and light but for cold days not adding the lemon is gonna be my choice (together with not blending). It's heavier then and more "solid" I would say. Both versions are great.

Very flavorful and delicious! I blended most if it, and served with mini pita bread. Yum!
