- 1.4 kilograms lamb shoulder (British, diced into 2cm cubes)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (tins)
- 250 grams prunes (stoned, roughly chopped)
- 500 mL chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 400 grams chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 bunch fresh parsley

The flavors were great. I thought that the recipe (from a third party) instructions lacked a little detail, however the end result was very flavorful. For example, the recipe called to season the lamb prior to putting into the pan, but neglected to say with what it should be seasoned! Tasty and I will repeat this again as my family enjoyed it. Make sure you start early enough.
