- 1 1/2 lb. lamb (boneless leg, or boneless lamb sirloin, cut into 1 inch dice)
- 1 Tbsp. ras el hanout (Moroccan Spice Mix)
- sauce (1 Bottle Wozz! North African Chermoula, 1/3 cup is for marinade, 1/3 cup is for stewing sauce, and the last 1/3 cup in the bottle will be stirred in during the last few minutes of cooking)
- 1 onion (Medium Sized, sliced)
- 1 cup beef stock (or water)
- 1 cup dried dates (Degleet Noor, tightly packed in cup)
- 3 oz. dried apricots (Chopped, we used whole dried apricots and cut into dice size)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- chopped fresh cilantro
- salt

Very sweet!
Next time I will for sure half the fried fruit - it tasted like a desert.
Cooked everything in the pressure cooker - 20 min for the first part and then 5 min for the fruit.
Served with the cauliflower with pistachio and pomegranate seeds
