Delicious. Marinade was great. We did add a little more cayenne because we really like it spicy. Thanks for recipe.

It was amazing! It had a kind of sour taste and I thought the spice was not even that spicy 🥵! So if you like spice, add a lot more pepper! I loved it though! So I think this recipe is one of my recommendations! 😉!

We did ours in the skillet vs. on the grill, and I just eyeballed the spices and excluded cilantro. Flavor was still very good!

I never had swordfish before this and I got a pretty good impression of it. The cooking directions made it come out super tender.

This swordfish was tasty, but served by itself it lacks something. I added a dash of OldBay seasoning when I served the steak, and a brown buttered ear of corn off the grill plus a small side of pick de gallo which all seemed to pair well together
