Love this dish. I used it as a guideline only. Added carrots, squash, anything I had…left out chilli’s. Loved just the curry and cinnamon (and a touch of clove) instead. It is fun and individual this way…tasting all along the way.

Delicious! Only substitution I had make was apple cider vinegar for lime juice as I didn’t have any limes! Really delicious!

The 1/2 cup of roasted chilis is overkill One or two chili's perhaps? I am not adverse to spice either. Ruined the dish IMO

Excellent. Will become a standard, I'm sure. I spiced it up a bit with turmeric, coriander powder, and ginger.

Terrific, I am making this a second time it was so good. I did add some chicken to mine. Great to make on a Sunday and have for lunch at work all week!

Very Tasty. I didn't use the 1/2 cup of roasted chillies just used a tbsp of chilli flakes instead.
