- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 400 mL natural yogurt
- handfuls mint leaves (small handful,finely chopped)
- handfuls coriander leaves (small handful, fresh, finely chopped)
- 3 preserved lemons (flesh removed and discarded, rind finely chopped*)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- couscous (rice, flat bread or naan to serve)
