Flavor is good. I ended up adding garlic powder & cracked pepper after it was cooked; I felt they were missing. My skin also didn’t crisp up. Ended up broiling for 3 mins at the end.

Pretty good, the exact kind of culinary shake up I was hoping for. The lemon slices not only provided a great aroma, but also stabilized the tinfoil I was using for my pan, making the clean up process a lot less messy than usual. Definitely keeping this one in mind for the future.

Spice is right. A little bit less of cayenne for my meal made a delightful experience. Served with small egg noodles with the cooking sauce was a great compliment to the meal.

I really enjoyed this. I added a large garlic clove. I also added small potatoes oiled in olive oil for an additional 10 minutes before the chicken. I cooked it in my air fryer at 400f for 30 min total. I would not eat the sauce as it seems too greasy for me. Served with green beans.

Very tasty. Skin on chicken was super crispy which is always a treat. We didn’t find the cinnamon to be overwhelming. Depending on the size of the thighs you have you may need to make additional rub. We’re planning on making a jar of the mix to keep on hand.

It took longer to cook about 10-15 mins and cinnamon flavor was a bit overpowering. Needed more salt but not horrible. There was a lot of sauce and that was tasty.

These were awesome! My only mistake was not spraying my glass baking dish first, but no big deal. They still came out perfect! I'll definitely be making these year round. They looked just as amazing as they tasted, and the recipe is so easy to follow! I also loved the spice blend and the way it smelled. This is one I'll be addicted to for a while!

These were awesome! I subbed curry powder for the turmeric and only made half the chicken but used almost the full measurements for the spices listed here. Will definitely make again.

The seasonings are delicious! I did not use butter, and simply pan fried in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Perfect!

My family enjoyed the chicken a lot. My daughter kept dipping bread into the pan gravy. The butter, seasoning and drippings from the cooked chicken tasted excellent to her. She also thought the pan drippings would make an excellent soup base. She enjoys cooking a lot.

It was very tasty and I think the method is very easy to follow. Roasted chicken for me is always a winner. Loved the unusual mix of spices.

It was sooo flavorful and very lemony, which I love. I’ll be making this again. Even my two year old loved this dish, I served it with roasted cauliflower and home made paleo roti, and a side salad. Yum, glad there is leftovers.

Had to put it under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp up the skin, otherwise the recipe was perfect.

Very nice spicy zesty flavor. I didn’t have lemons so I used limes instead. I used this recipe on a half chicken and served with Parmesan garlic potato wedges and carrots.
