This was delicious. I had some left over chicken breast on the bone to use up so I made it with those and it was great.

Dãmn good. Made some corn with Salt, Pepper, and thyme, then added to a bowl with the chicken and juices. I upped the salt a bit. I was surprised just how amazingly this turned out.
I have to make this again.

Soooo yummy! Added Harissa paste for a kick and turned out really really good! Served with quinoa/ancient grains mixed with small pieces of green beans. Yum yum said the family!

The eggplant turned out amazing, but I feel like the chicken was a bit lacking. Maybe if the chicken marinated overnight, or this was done in the slow cooker? Regardless, it turned out pretty delicious. Served it over roasted potatoes.

So simple & quickI was concerned it would lack flavor it was a hit with the whole family, kids included ii paired it with couscous & broccolini, seasoned with olive oil, lemon, ginger, cardamom & a pinch of turrmeekx definitely a keeper!

I have cooked this three times in two weeks. Everyone who tries it loves it! It’s really straight forward. By far the best chicken dish that doesn’t involve marinating your chicken overnight/at all. You’ll fly though your seasonings, but it’s well worth it!!!

Lovely. Just so much work to get he meat off the bones. Was pressed for time but next time I'll do that before serving. Served it with moroccan couscous without chickpea or potato

Made this stew for my family and it was a hit. I did I reduce some of the spices as I only made a whole chicken cut into 8 pieces.
