    My family absolutely loved this dish, I added carrots instead of butternut squash as my kids don't go mad on it, and did not add the sugar. next time I would add more liquid as i cooked it in the oven for about an hour on 170 c. I served it with couscous with raisins in. will definitely be making it again.
