- 1 handful raw almonds
- 1 bunch coriander
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- gluten free bread (Delicious, toasted, our fave is Vernedi Six Seed)
- Himalayan pink salt
- olive oil (to taste)
