I’ve been doing this for years, except I do this ratio: 3 tbsp room temp water, 2 tbsp ACV, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp each of cinnamon, turmeric and ginger, and 1/2 tbsp of local honey. It feels great! Do twice a day for maximum impact.

Loved it ! Would recommend you add black pepper to your recipe because turmeric needs pepper to activate it

It was great... With the heated water, everything was easy to digest. First day doing this and so far, I'm liking it. Will continue
