Very close to the one my aunt made in bulk every christmas and thanksgiving. Worth every bit of time spent on them. They are pillow-like in texture both fresh out of the oven and after they’ve cooled off. They’re not dense, but they aren’t full of air either. They’re the perfect in-between that I’ve been craving for years since my aunt is stingy with her recipe. They are not only saved, but bookmarked and copied. Thank you!
