Description
This is a easy dosa made with Moong Dhal. It can be made in a blender. No fermentation required and can be made right away. It's rich in protein. Each serving is one Dosa.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dhal
- water
- salt (as per taste)
- 2 pieces green chili
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 pinch asafoetida (optional)

Directions
- Wash and soak Moong Dhal in water for 2 hours
- Once soaked, add Moong Dhal to the blender along with salt, green chili, ginger, Asafoetida with some water it was soaked and blend it to a dosa batter like consistency.
- Make Dosas with the batter. Recommended pairings are chutney or Idli Chili powder.
