- 2 cups powdered sugar (even more if you really want it thick)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup oats (more or less depending on desired texture)
- 1 bag mini m&ms (Plain)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (mini)
