- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce (or Bragg’s liquid aminos)
- 3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove minced garlic (finely)
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or freshly grated ginger)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (heat to taste, but remember that a little goes a long way!)
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter (natural)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. erythritol
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 lb. noodles (cooked to package specs)
