- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (or grapeseed, divided)
- 1 lb. flank steak (sliced very thin against the grain)

Fantastic!! Better than any I’ve eaten in a restaurant! I used 1/4 cup of brown sugar…That’s the only thing I did differently.

Delicious. Used strip loin instead and thinner rice noodles but followed everything.
