  • 100 grams minced chicken
  • 100 grams shrimp (minced)
  • 50 grams oyster mushrooms (minced, you can use shitake)
  • 50 grams carrot (finely chopped, / or shredded, from about half medium carrot)
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 stalks green onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • sugar (about 1 tsp to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup hot chili sauce (I use ABC chili sauce)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • 250 grams all purpose flour
  • 50 grams tapioca starch (more for sprinkling)
  • 6 grams salt
  • 15 milliliters cooking oil
