- 1/2 Cup of Kale
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut & Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of LSA
- 1/2 Cup of Diced Peaches
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 Cup of Purified Water
- 5 Icecubes
- 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
