- 8 red potatoes
- 1 cup celery (sliced into bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, diced)

Directions
- Do not peel the potatoes. Boil until they break with a poke of a fork. Mix potatoes, celery and onion together. Add about ½ cup each of mayo and yogurt, mix well. Add more dressing as needed. Chill and serve!
- Toss in the herbs and combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
