- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or ½ cup milk with ½ tablespoon vinegar)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or grapeseed oil)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry jam (your favorite)

- 6 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
