- 2 cups diced onion
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- water (Just enough, to cover thighs)
- 4 cups chicken broth (or turkey broth)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (Healthy Request)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request)
- 2 cups Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Corn Meal Mix
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups croutons (Seasoned cornbread stuffing mix, I used Trader Joe's and the seasoning pack is separate...when using this brand only add ¼ c. seasoning packet)
- 1 3/4 cups celery
- 1 3/4 cups onion
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. ground thyme
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
