- 2 pork chops (bone-in, boneless doesn't have enough fat or taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 clove garlic (minced, or 1 tsp if from a jar)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc)

Directions
- Mix salt, pepper, herbs and garlic; rub into both sides of pork chops
- Place pork chops in frying pan, pour wine over and cover
- Cook on simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until very tender
