Ingredients

- 4 pork chops (or Pork Steaks)
- 1 onion (Large, minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 can cream of mushroom (10.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/3 cup flour (all purpose)
- 4 cups water
- red pepper flakes
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Directions
- Heat oil in large sauce pan or Dutch oven. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown thoroughly in oil.
- Remove pork chops and place on plate.
- Sauté onions until tender then add garlic and cook a few more minutes.
