Description
When my brothers and I were growing up, this was our favorite meal. Now, when I make it, it still is!
Ingredients

- 1 lb. pasta
- 3 cups fresh basil
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 2 avocadoes
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

Directions
- In a large pot, bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. It may take some time, so, don't worry if it takes a while.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and combine with the pesto sauce. Sprinkle with extra nutritional yeast and enjoy!
