These are amazing! looked like a professional chef made them! i did not change the recipe but I did cook them in my broiker on high for 3 mins on each side. Perfection! We didnt even need steak sauce!

I used Dijon mustard let it marinate close to 24hrs (accidentally) and had all my guests telling me it was some of the best steak they have ever had. I also used sirloin (don’t remember if that was on the recipe or not). It was delicious, I also cooked everything over a camp fire 😉

Sorry, but I made the marinade, tasted it and threw it out. It was very salty and just tasted terrible.
