Description
It's a local Hunza food Recipe. In early times it was supposed to be cause of the longevity of people age. people lived for 100 and more years and enjoyed their life. "MOLIDA" is a local Hunza Gojal food. and i like it because its natural and pure. no side effects for health. it is made from pure essential oil obtained from walnut tree added with yogurt in a crushed wheat bread. and it is cooked for 15 mins. while you cook add salt to it according to your taste. shake the solution with a wooden spoon and make it smooth. after smoothing cool the food and serve it to 5 or 6 people at one time. it is very yummy when you add Olive or sunflower oil after cooking. so enjoy your food.
Ingredients
- 5 cups salt (3 tsp or according to taste.)
- 7 pieces wheat bread
- walnut oil (according to taste.)
Directions
- first crush the wheat bread with your hand and make little pieces of it in a container
- secondly in another container heat yogurt and make it hot then put the wheat bread pieces in the hot yogurt container and boil it to cook
- add salt according to taste
