"MOLIDA" is a local Hunza Gojal food. and i like it because its natural and pure. no side effects for health. it is made from pure essential oil obtained from walnut tree added with yogurt in a crushed wheat bread. and it is cooked for 15 mins. while you cook add salt to it according to your taste. shake the solution with a wooden spoon and make it smooth. after smoothing cool the food and serve it to 5 or 6 people at one time. it is very yummy when you add Olive or sunflower oil after cooking. so enjoy your food.
