- 6 tomatoes
- 150 grams sheep cheese (grated, or feta)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- parsley (to decorate, optional)

Directions
- Cut to tops of the tomatoes and using a small spoon scoop the inside.
- In a bowl mix the grated cheese, mayonnaise, crushed garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Using a piping bag or a spoon fill the tomatoes, top with the tomato tops. Decorate with parsley and serve.
