    A simple and classic recipe that pairs equally as well with dinner or with post work treats. Best created by feel, with rough measurements. A whole small lime, copious amounts of fresh mint, retain the rum & sugar but omit the ice and serve with Indian tonic for a unique twist. Enjoy.
