- 2 cups white flour (try not to use bleached or enriched white flour, we like King Arthur Flour)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (if you don’t have fresh puree, use canned Pumpkin Puree with nothing added)
- 2 bananas (Ripe, Make sure Bananas are Really Ripe, we also use Bananas we Froze!)
- 3/4 cup pure cane sugar (we also have used coconut sugar, yum!)
- 3/4 cup butter (Melted, only used real butter NOT margarine)
- 3 eggs

It was really good. I love pumpkin bread. This was the first time i ve had it with banannas.
