- 796 mL peaches (sliced California cling stone)
- icing sugar (for dusting)
- 1/2 light syrup
- 3 sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice/white vinegar to the wet ingredients.)
- 80 mL coconut milk
- 110 mL cake
