These muffins are great! I've made them several times and they always turn out great. I've made them substituting 1 cup sugar for either 3/4c agave nectar or sometimes 1/2c brown sugar and 1/2c white. I always put the chocolate chips in and I also add 1/2c chopped walnuts.
For Halloween I substituted the 3 mashed bananas for 16oz pumpkin puree instead, and added 1.5tsp pumpkin pie spice mix and 1/4tsp salt. They are amazing!!!
