- 3 sweet potatoes (small, peeled and cut into thirds)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 onion (large, diced)
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- nondairy milk (splash)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese (I use Tofutti)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 sheets sushi nori (crumbled, for fishy flavor)
- 3 tsp. paprika powder (smoked, or regular paprika with a few drops of liquid smoke)
- seasoning (all purpose gourmet, to taste, I use Spike gourmet seasoning)
- salt
- pepper
